Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using our website, services, or purchasing our training materials or products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

Services Provided

We offer veterinary training through webinars, seminars, workshops, and in-clinic sessions. Products such as veterinary training models are also available for purchase.

 

Bookings and Payment

All training sessions must be booked in advance. Payment terms will be outlined during the booking process. Full payment may be required to secure your place.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before a training event may be eligible for a 50% refund (if expenses have already been paid ie: flights and accommodation, these will need to be reimbursed). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.  Custom models and hands-on products are non-refundable unless faulty.

 

Use of Products

Our models and training tools are intended for educational and training purposes only. They should not be used for any clinical or diagnostic application.

 

Liability

We do not accept liability for any loss, injury, or damage caused by improper use of our products or training materials.
